The service
Poker Night is a record-keeping tool for private poker groups. It tracks information entered by users but does not run games, hold funds, arrange wagering or verify that money has changed hands.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of game records, protecting your league password, deciding who receives access and complying with any laws that apply to your game or location.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access another league without permission, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful material or use Poker Night to harm another person.
League access
Free leagues can be created immediately. We may temporarily suspend a league when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect other users or keep the service available. Suspended access can be reviewed by contacting support.
Availability and data
This is an early-stage service and may change or experience interruptions. Keep any records you cannot afford to lose. We will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every user-entered calculation is error-free.
Payments
Paid Premium upgrades are not yet available. Pricing displayed on the site is advance product information and does not create a paid subscription until a checkout and confirmation are provided.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service, billing and support options develop. Continued use after a published update means you accept the revised terms.
