The service
Poker Night is a record-keeping tool for private poker groups. It tracks information entered by users but does not run games, hold funds, arrange wagering or verify that money has changed hands.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of game records, protecting your league password, deciding who receives access and complying with any laws that apply to your game or location.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access another league without permission, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful material or use Poker Night to harm another person.
League access
New public leagues require owner approval. We may temporarily suspend a league when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect other users or keep the service available. Suspended access can be reviewed by contacting support.
Complimentary launch Premium
The first 10 owner-approved leagues that complete setup receive 12 months of complimentary Premium automatically, starting when their league is created. Early approved leagues created before the offer was activated receive 12 months from activation. The original legacy league does not count towards this offer. One allocation is made per league; an approved request alone does not reserve a place. No card, extra redemption code or automatic renewal is required. Your league Settings shows the allocation and expiry. All current features remain available during the public beta, including for leagues that do not receive this limited offer.
Availability and data
This is an early-stage service and may change or experience interruptions. Keep any records you cannot afford to lose. We will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every user-entered calculation is error-free.
Payments
Paid Premium upgrades are not yet available. Pricing displayed on the site is advance product information and does not create a paid subscription until a checkout and confirmation are provided.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service, billing and support options develop. Continued use after a published update means you accept the revised terms.
